Welcome to Schoolbox, an app-based meal delivery service offered by Holy Banana Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using the Schoolbox app, website, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and subscribe to Schoolbox services. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Service Overview
• Schoolbox delivers fresh, hygienic, and child-friendly vegetarian meals to your doorstep.
• Meals are prepared in dedicated kitchens under strict quality controls.
• Services are currently available in select areas. Availability may vary based on location, logistics, and demand.
3. Orders & Payments
• Orders must be placed via the official Schoolbox app.
• Subscription is confirmed only upon full payment through approved payment gateways.
• Schoolbox reserves the right to reject any order due to payment issues or service unavailability.
3.1 Schoolbox Wallet Cashback & Promotional Offers – Terms & Disclaimer
(a). Nature of Offers
From time to time, Holy Banana Pvt. Ltd. (“Schoolboxâ€) may run promotional campaigns offering cashback, discounts, or bonus wallet credits to registered users.
These promotions are purely marketing incentives and do not constitute any form of financial return, investment, or deposit scheme.
(b). Eligibility
• Cashback or promotional wallet credits may be offered for specific recharges, purchases, or subscription plans as communicated during the offer period.
• Each promotion will carry its own validity, eligibility, and redemption rules as notified through Schoolbox’s official communication channels (app, website, or authorized field teams).
(c). Wallet Function & Usage
• The Schoolbox wallet operates as a semi-closed prepaid instrument, usable only for food purchases on the Schoolbox app or website.
• Wallet funds and promotional cashback are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn, encashed, or transferred to another account.
• The wallet balance, including cashback, can only be redeemed against eligible Schoolbox meal orders.
(d). Cashback & Bonus Credits
• Cashback or bonus amounts are credited as promotional wallet balance after successful payment confirmation.
• The credited balance is valid for a limited period (default: 60 days) unless otherwise specified in the offer communication.
• Expired or unutilized promotional credits will lapse automatically and will not be reinstated.
• Cashback values are exclusive of taxes and are not subject to GST.
(e). Payment Gateway & Security
• Wallet top-ups are processed through RBI-authorized payment partners in compliance with the Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI) Master Directions.
• All wallet transactions are securely encrypted and monitored to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
(f). Offer Modification & Termination
• Schoolbox reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• The company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from modification or early termination of any promotional campaign.
(g). No Dual Benefits
• Only one offer or promotional scheme can be availed per transaction.
• Cashback or promotional credits cannot be clubbed with other coupons, vouchers, or referral incentives unless explicitly mentioned.
(h). Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes related to wallet balance, cashback, or offers shall be subject to internal verification by Holy Banana Pvt. Ltd.
• The decision of Holy Banana Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
(i). Legal Compliance Note
This Wallet and Cashback Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the RBI Master Directions on Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs). Promotional cashback is not interest or income and is redeemable only for Schoolbox meal purchases.
4. Delivery Policy
• We deliver meals every early morning at your selected slots, typically between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (time may vary slightly).
• You may request delivery time adjustments via the app (subject to feasibility).
• It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the meal. If no one is present, the delivery will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
• Delays due to weather, strikes, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances will not be compensated.
5. Food Quality & Hygiene
• Hygiene is our utmost priority. Meals are prepared with fresh ingredients every morning in FSSAI-certified, sanitized kitchens. We do not store or reuse any leftover food from previous days.
• Fresh Fruits Handling: All fruits included in our meals are thoroughly washed, cut, and packed hygienically just before packaging to ensure maximum freshness and safety.
• Our staff follow strict hygiene protocols, including daily temperature checks, gloves, and surface sanitization.
• We do not use palm oil, repeated oil, nuts, or gluten-based ingredients in our standard menu unless specifically mentioned.
• We do not use any preservatives, stored food, or previously cut fruits in our lunchboxes. Every component is prepared and packed the same day of delivery.
6. Food Allergies & Disclaimers
• Parents/guardians are required to declare any allergies (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy) during registration in the app.
• Meals are prepared in dedicated kitchens, and allergen handling protocols are followed. However, Schoolbox is not a certified allergen-free service.

☑ By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of Schoolbox meals for your child. Schoolbox will not be held liable for any health complications, allergic reactions, or medical issues arising from undeclared, inaccurately reported, or unknown allergies.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Orders or plan changes must be made before 9:00 PM the day prior to delivery.
• Cancellations made after this cut-off are non-refundable.
• In the rare case of a missing or incorrect meal, please report it within 24 hours. Refunds or credits will be offered at our discretion.
8. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate contact and delivery information at all times.
• Promptly update your child’s allergy details or delivery address in the app when changes occur.
• Misuse of services (e.g., fraudulent referrals, false complaints) may result in account suspension without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Schoolbox is not liable for health issues, allergic reactions, or any losses resulting from meal consumption.
• We are also not responsible for delivery delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, etc.).
10. Changes to Terms
• Schoolbox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes will be reflected on our website/app. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
