Schoolbox is an app-based food delivery service that provides healthy, freshly cooked lunchboxes for school-going children. We deliver meals directly to your home each morning.

Unlike regular tiffins, our meals are designed specifically for children—with balanced nutrition, hygiene, and taste in mind. You can also manage your subscription easily through our mobile app.

We offer freshly cooked, home-style Indian meals using seasonal vegetables, minimal oil, and no preservatives. Each box is designed to meet a child’s daily nutritional needs.

All meals are mildly spiced and tailored to be child-friendly in both taste and portion.

At the moment, we offer only vegetarian meals. Our menu includes a wide variety of wholesome, child-friendly vegetarian dishes made with fresh ingredients. We may introduce non-vegetarian options in the future based on demand.

Yes. We collect mandatory allergy information during registration in the app. Our meals are prepared in dedicated kitchens that strictly avoid cross-contamination with declared allergens. While we do not use nuts or gluten-based ingredients in our standard meals (unless specified), Schoolbox is not a certified allergen-free service. Consume with caution if your child has severe allergies.

No, we do not use palm oil in any of our meals. We only use high-quality, heart-friendly oils in minimal quantity to ensure both taste and health for your child.

Download the Schoolbox app, register your child, select a meal plan, and subscribe. We handle the rest!

We currently offer flexible monthly plans, with options to pause or skip meals through the app.

You can pause or cancel your plan anytime directly from the app. Refunds or credits (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund & cancellation policy.

Absolutely. You can register more than one child under the same account and choose different meal plans for each.

Deliveries happen early in the morning at your chosen slot—usually between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM—so your child has a fresh meal before school.

We are currently delivering in selected areas of Delhi NCR. You can check service availability in your area during signup.

In case of delay, our team will inform you in advance. Missed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances may be credited.

At Schoolbox, hygiene is our utmost priority. All meals are prepared in our dedicated kitchens that follow strict FSSAI standards. Our staff undergo regular health checks, and every step—from cooking to packing—is done with sanitized equipment, food-grade gloves, and daily quality checks to ensure your child’s safety.

We use BPA-free, food-grade containers. Our packaging is designed to keep food warm and safe, and we’re working towards more eco-friendly options.

Yes, the meals are prepared according to the planned menu displayed in the app. However, some items — particularly fruits, sweets, or beverages — may occasionally vary based on fresh stock and seasonal availability. Any such substitutions are made carefully to maintain the same nutritional value and overall meal quality.

A user can send a delete account request in two ways: 1. Through the Schoolbox App: Go to Account → User Profile Scroll down and tap Delete Account Fill in the reason for deletion and Submit You will receive a request number on your registered email for reference 2. Through the Website: Visit the link: https://schoolbox.co.in/delete_account Fill out the form and Submit your request Once our team verifies your request, your account will be deleted within 7 working days

The Schoolbox wallet is a digital prepaid balance that you can use to pay for meals ordered through the Schoolbox app or website. It lets you make quick, cash-free payments for your child’s daily meals.

From time to time, Schoolbox runs promotional campaigns where users get cashback or bonus wallet credits for recharging their wallet or purchasing certain meal plans. Cashback is a promotional benefit, not cash or income, and can only be used for Schoolbox orders.

After a successful wallet recharge or qualifying purchase, cashback is automatically credited to your Schoolbox wallet as promotional wallet balance within a few hours.

Cashback can be used only for food purchases made through the Schoolbox app or website. It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Cashback or bonus wallet credits remain valid for 60 days from the date of credit unless otherwise mentioned in the offer details. After expiry, unused promotional balance will lapse automatically.

No. Only one offer can be applied per transaction. Cashback or promotional credits cannot be combined with any other discounts, referral bonuses, or vouchers unless specifically stated.

Wallet recharges and cashback amounts are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Once added, the balance can be used only to purchase Schoolbox meals.

Yes. All wallet payments are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment partners. Your wallet is a semi-closed prepaid instrument, meaning the value can only be spent within the Schoolbox platform — not externally.

No. GST is applied only on the actual amount paid by you. Cashback is a promotional incentive and is not subject to GST.

Yes. Schoolbox may modify, extend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its discretion without prior notice. All such offers are limited-time and subject to availability.

Yes. All Schoolbox cashback and wallet promotions are governed under Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and RBI’s Master Directions on Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs). These offers are promotional in nature and hold no independent cash or monetary value. Cashback or bonus wallet credits can only be used for purchases within the Schoolbox platform and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-withdrawable. Schoolbox reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any offer at its discretion without prior notice.
